Black Voters Beware!

Though reports are just being revealed about the nature of Russian disinformation and misinformation, it is astounding to see how much they understood how easily manipulated Black voters would be. Most of the misinformation under the guise of accounts supposedly belonging to Black Lives Matter or other such accounts, they were able to feed Black voters information that intentionally targeted them to either vote for Republicans or not to vote at all.

The report reveals that the Russian trolls were able to convince Black folks to attend rallies that became chaotic and unruly resulting in arrests, create such animosity against Black politicians and the Democratic party that many chose to stay at home and not vote or to vote and write in ridiculous names for the presidential candidate, and then to me, the most appalling event was in having Black folks malign and disparage other Black folks if they dared to discuss being a Democrat.  When so-called professionals, deliberately attempt to undermine the democratic process by promoting misinformation, we have a problem. The only people who can alleviate the problem is the Black Voter by educating themselves to the facts.

I’ve written about this before in my blogs, but it warrants repeating to some degree.

• “The Inconvenient Truth About the Democrat Party” as told by Carol Swain, Ph.D. at PragerU is partial truth and to me a whole lie. This is a conservative production, deliberately attempting to conflate truth with their own narrative.
• Fox Entertainment Network is not a news show and none of the Black hosts or pundits will ever represent the Black Community. They are shills (especially Candace Owens) who are paid to get Black Americans to rethink their values and hopefully persuade them to vote for Republicans.
• The Republican party of the 21st Century is not the same party of the 19th or 20th Century. Common sense–if all are paying attention to what’s going on in politics–should rule. Republicans are responsible for voter suppression (shutting down early voting, closing voting locations, not counting all absentee ballots, criminally collecting ballots to either change them or to make sure they are never returned, to intimidation–having racist monitors at polling places). Just recently, we have seen election fraud in North Carolina by the Republican candidate–Mike Harris, and Republican legislators trying to subvert the will of the voters in Michigan (Rick Snyder) and Wisconsin (Scott Walker)–simply because they lost leadership positions to Democrats and yet they think they have the right to legislate incoming Democrat authority.
• Republicans are still trying to keep Americans from being healthy and this particularly true for Black Americans who may be stripped of healthcare coverage because of their mandates, designed to strip people of dignity and access to adequate healthcare, especially for those with preexisting conditions.
• Republicans are slashing educational budgets in Washington to make sure that Black communities don’t have the resources needed for a quality education from K-12 and beyond.
• Republicans are reversing consumer protections that allow us breathe cleaner air, drink uncontaminated water and eat food not poisoned by chemicals in the soil.
• Republicans are creating a mockery of economic wealth enjoyed only by the rich since most of us end up paying the costs for unwarranted tariffs on goods we all all use. Ask the farmers how this has worked out for them and then while you’re shopping, understand why a head of iceberg lettuce will cost $2 or more in the grocery store. Don’t get upset with companies falling by the wayside and closing shop, get upset with the idiot in the WH who thinks “trade wars are fun.”
• Republicans are also reconstructing what anti-discrimination laws look like and that directly affects what access most of us will have to educational systems and jobs.

The point of all this is to make the Black Community aware of what has been done to discourage our votes for those (Democrats) who actually attempt to make laws that benefit us. The more we know–especially those of us who have lived through the 50s and 60s–the more wisdom we have to pass along to the younger generations. We must provide them with all the tools they’ll need to be successful and to survive the onslaught of racism and bigotry that will exist for generations to come. We must educate ourselves to the truth, living in the present moment–taking what we learn from the past regarding political parties and using it to build a solid foundation for our future–as forward thinking Democrats.

BLACK VOTERS–LISTEN AND HEAR ME WELL–We are an important factor in every election–local, state and national and it’s time we started acting like we are part of the solution and not part of the problem. How do we manage that? We get involved–totally engaged in the political process making sure our concerns are heard and addressed and and making sure we’re willing to “work” to make it happen. Talk is cheap and the only prayers answered are those that are followed up with action. Heard the saying, “Action speaks louder than words?” It’s true, we more involved we are as a community of Americans of Color, the less likely we’ll be ignored and the greater the likelihood we’ll see legislative policies enacted that benefit us, and not treat us like we are “less than” anyone else.

I care enough about the Black Community and what we can accomplish through the political machinery to risk having idiots contact me, however–my political platform is to represent all Everyday Americans and if elected President of the United States, that’s exactly what I’ll do–sign bills and lobby for those which benefit all the people, not just some of them. We can do this–unified–when we understand who we are and how the forces outside of us attempt to keep us marginalized, disenfranchised,  and underrepresented in all arenas.

Find a local Dem club and get involved and then run for office–on the local, state or national level. Don’t just sit twiddling your thumbs and complaining–jump in where you fit in and work it to your advantage–to benefit the entire community. Our Vote Is Our Voice In Our Democracy!

Who Has The Real Power?

I’ve been listening to the news and scrolling Twitter and Facebook and I’m always surprised at the level of hate some use to target others. While thinking about this, I realized that people who hate others–have given the “others” immense power. Think about it! When people hate others enough to obsess over everything they do, that’s power because they don’t have time or the inclination to do anything, but hate!

Listening to an “interview” with a voter in MS–they (a White male) said, they’d rather do without healthcare because–“my grandpa didn’t have have healthcare, my paw didn’t have healthcare and I don’t need healthcare (the man said with a toothless grin). I’ll vote for a Republican just because they’re Republican over a Black person any day.”

So, rather than have access to healthcare, education, and a living wage (the agenda Democrats are promoting), this person and I can only conclude, many like him–hate Black people so much, they’ve given them power over their lives. Really? Hate is more important than having a life worth living? That’s powerful stuff!

I can only imagine how the Black people in MS feel knowing how much people hate them. Some may be intimidated by the hatred, but others (hopefully) will use it to their advantage and really give the haters something to hate. They should unite in their efforts to establish and maintain an educational arena where their children thrive, where healthcare is readily available to the residents in the poorest, communities of Black folks, and they learn to create their own employment opportunities that leaves the haters out in the cold.

Now, before you start thinking that idea is racist, think about what I said and why. For decades, Black people have been forced to do things for themselves when they were denied access to a dentist office, a doctor’s office, a quality education and even the use of public bathrooms and water fountains. If you didn’t think that was racist, don’t you dare think what I said was racist. If poor white people cared about their standard of living, they’d wake up, bury the hate and really see what it is that Democrats want to accomplish for all the people, not just some. But if their hatred is so strong they would rather hold onto it rather than progress in life–that’s their decision. And trust me–Black people have been marginalized for most of their lives; they’re used to it and know how to accomplish in spite of it–without whining about it. Is it fair? Absolutely not, but it is the reality in a region where poor white people have blamed Black people for their lots in life, not having what they want or at least what they think they want.

The reality is–White people have always had the advantage–the access to books, banks, education, healthcare and businesses. That was part of their privilege of being White. Black folks had to earn every thing they accomplished in life and they had no privilege to give them advantage. The weird thing about watching what’s going on in the southern Red States with all of their racism and hatred is the fact that the poor White people, keep electing other White people who are rich and always vote against any possibility of anyone getting ahead in their states–other than those who already have.

Look at Kentucky, with Mitch McConnell leading the Senate and now he’s worth millions, but his constituents are poor, have lousy access to healthcare, one of the worst educational systems in the country and their water is killing them. And yet, Mitch voted in favor of rolling back the consumer protections established to protect people in order to gain favor and money from the corporations who are polluting the water. It would appear that Mitch McConnell could care less about his constituents as long as he can line his pockets.

But Mitch is not the only trumplican who hates their constituents. Look at Florida and Rick Scott’s governance with the Red Tide–killing off sea life, endangering the lives of the people and the economy because of the tourism needed to keep things afloat. They voted against their own interests because of hate. Doesn’t seem like such a smart thing to do, but they did it.

What most “christian” Republicans haven’t realized is that it is Democrats who actually do what the Bible says for us to do. We are commanded to take care of the poor and the needy, to feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty and to love all unconditionally. That’s what Democrats do because the bottom line is–love is more powerful than hate because love accomplishes, while hate destroys. And when the haters openly voice their hatred, they empower the target of their hatred to do even more great things.

The White Supremacists have targeted Black folks in a number of states, killed innocent people because of their hate and then end up spending the rest of their lives behind bars, and becoming targets by those who are determined to teach the haters a lesson. So, now–who has the real power?

I’m sure I haven’t said anything new–nothing that hasn’t been said before, but I wanted to emphasize the fact that hatred–gives power to the targets of the hate and does nothing for those who hate. It’s time folks realize that together we all win, but divided–few win and all suffer. Take the time to think about everything I’ve said and really understand who has the most to lose when hate is the driver force in a person’s life.

Accountability For All!

Dear trump supporters:

I’ve had a lot to say for the past two years, but this is my first letter directed at you. And yes, I know I didn’t capitalize his name, I seldom do. I have no respect for him and I won’t pretend that I do. What amazes me is that anyone could have any respect for him, but apparently, some do.

Let me begin with those who voted for him–shortsightedness, frustration, anger, apathy or just plain stupidity guided this shipwreck of a decision and here we are. I really don’t care about those who claim to be pro-life when in actuality, they are pro-fetus, not the life of those outside the womb. The proof–the mindless moron just condoned the killing of an American journalist because he can’t stand the thought of losing any business (his personal business–it’s not about America First) from the Saudis. This is what gets me–he lies and lies, deflects and denies and that same segment of people, keep making excuses for him and justifying his behavior. And for those hoping a Republican court system will prevail against abortions–think again. It won’t. If you don’t want to have an abortion, don’t have one. If you don’t want to be married to a person who is the same sex as you are, don’t marry them. And before you get your underwear in a bunch, I’m more Christian than any of the dolts who voted for this moron, and I know the most important commandment we have from Jesus is to love–unconditionally, so keep your religious, Phariseetical comments to yourself.

He does not care about America–if he did, the deficit would be decreasing and not increasing. He does not care about our military–if he did the 5800 troops at the border would be home with their families, he would have gone to combat zones before now to visit our troops, and he hasn’t done a thing to support our veterans. Anyone with even partial vision and hearing knows by now, he disrespected veterans by not going to the Arlington Cemetery on Veterans Day or the cemetery in France. He met with Putin and was so glad to see him that everyone remarked at the pure joy that showed in his face. Most of the veterans I know and have an affiliation with–are totally po’d with him. They have not been paid benefits for some time now and it’s going to cause problems for many. But does he care–not one whit. He disparaged Admiral McRaven–claiming Bin Laden should have taken out sooner than he was. But now, please remember–trump avoided the draft with phony deferments five times to avoid Viet Nam and now, he claims he doesn’t want to visit the troops for fear someone will kill him. Amazing how that fear never stopped other presidents from visiting troops in combat zones and yet–he claimed he’d run into a building with an active shooter in a school. More lies. He’s afraid of the rain because he can’t manage an umbrella.

And then there was the tax cut scam that many are going to soon regret when they realize, they did not gain anything because all the exemptions and deductions will no longer exist when they file their taxes. So some thought getting a few extra dollars in a paycheck was going to make a difference–short term and temporary. The corporations who got all the real breaks, bought back their own stocks, laid off workers and many closed doors, leaving the workers–behind the eight-ball. Right now, GM is cutting their work force by 18K. What are these folks supposed to do? Join the rolls of the unemployed and watch that percentage rise from 3.9% back to 5.1% nationally. It’s coming–this is what always happens when Republicans control government–they enrich themselves, cut spending for the poor and then we see a recession. Democrats are the ones always left to clean up the messes and reduce the deficit–by raising taxes–because cutting them led to the increased deficit to start with and the working class, did not benefit the same way the rich did.

He’s abused and misused the office of the presidency to the point where America is the laughingstock of the world. We have more lawsuits pending in court than ever before (and we’re only 2 years into this fiasco) and now–journalists have been put in danger all over the world with his stupid, mindless, reckless, rhetoric–calling the media the enemy of the people.  The true enemy of the people–is trump–the wanna-be dictator who wanted to prosecute and jail anyone who criticized him and primarily to impede the investigation into the Russian involvement in the 2016 election. I know some will never believe it, but it’s true, and not believing–won’t change the truth. You know–the way some people say they don’t believe in God–they don’t have to believe Him–and it doesn’t change the truth of who He is.

Further evidence that trump doesn’t care about Americans or America is found in the roll-back of all the “consumer protections” that were established to protect us from corporate greed and disregard. Now, corporations can poison the water, the soil and pollute the air. We’ll end up with all sorts of diseases from the protections being rolled back and then we’ll just die because he doesn’t want to provide healthcare for all. I’m guessing how we bury our dead is not a concern to him.

If I tried to relate all the stupid he’s done in just two years, this would be a very long letter. So, let me get to the point of this. There needs to be accountability for every person in an elected office and since there’s no one in this administration that has shown any capability of being an adult, the culpability for the stupid falls on the shoulders of every person who voted for the menace in the White House. I didn’t vote for him because I knew from listening to him during the campaign that would be the biggest mistake I could ever make. There were at least 65 million of us who saw through all his blather and lies. Strangely, most of that 65 million don’t claim to be Christians and I would have thought, that Christians–who are like me–who can hear Holy Spirit when He speaks–would have known better. I guess that’s the difference between being religious and being in relationship with Christ. I heard Him speak to my heart and did everything I could to warn people, but the religious folks didn’t care. They even lied and said God chose trump to be in the White House. The God of Heaven that I serve is far too wise to have chosen a person who is the antithesis of who He is. If people truly know God–they’d know this. They would also know that according to the bible, if we warn people of impending danger and they ignore us–their blood is on their hands. If they heed the warning, they are safe. But if we don’t warn people when we see impending danger and people are harmed, then their blood is on our hands. I didn’t and don’t want anyone’s blood on my hands, so I warned and I am continuing to warn about the menace in the White House. What you do about it, is on you. Not me.

So, whatever happens from this menace being in the White House, if you voted for trump, you’re responsible. The lack of assistance and support for those in Puerto Rico, the delay in FEMA action from natural disasters, the death of the journalist (complicity), the veterans, the poor, the educational system, the deaths of millions who will succumb to illness because of the heartless, mindless moron you installed in the White House. This disastrous situation is all on you.

We can only hope–that a Democratic House will finally put a check on the menace and maybe, because of their example, the GOP in the Senate will wake up from the drug induced stupor (probably due to Russian connections and bribery) and uphold their oaths of office–which they haven’t done so far.

So knowing all that has transpired in the White House since January 20, 2017, can you look into a mirror and not cringe when you think about how lives have been affected, adversely since his inauguration? If you can look at yourself in the mirror and think he’s doing good things for America, then you are just as heartless and mindless as he is and the world would be better off without you. And when you die–I pray you suffer the same indignities that caged children have suffered and every person who has lost a loved one in a mass shooting or died because of a lack of access to healthcare. That’s all on you and I won’t let you forget it. Count on it.

THERE ARE NO ADULTS IN THE WHITE HOUSE AND NONE IN THE GOP SENATE. WHERE ARE THE ADULTS IN THIS SITUATION THAT CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE DIRECTION OUR GREAT NATION IS TAKING?

They’re on their way and some have already begun the process to make sure trump is exposed for all the evil he’s done and when those in Congress find their spines, they’ll do what they need to do. At any rate, 2020 is looking better and better for me (or someone like me) to win the presidential election and start cleaning up the mess made by trump on the national and international levels.

Let’s face it–you really blew it this time and almost cost the country its democracy. Happy now?

Now That 2018 Election Is Behind Us!

Although there are still some “counts” that have yet to be concluded, we are past the 2018 Mid Term Election and the Democrats reached their goal of flipping The House. Now, it’s time to turn our attention to the 2020 Election in which we not only win the WH–with a true Patriot and leader of all the people, we’ll win the Senate as well. It is my hope that we will never again–allow frustration and hatred to be guiding forces in any election. It is for these reasons that we have an idiot in the WH right now–who has no respect for the office or most Americans and certainly not our long-standing positions with our Allies.

What has to happen now–we must get every American engaged in the electoral process. We must educate all about the electoral process and build relationships with everyone in our communities, hear what they have to say and then work to address the issues, the people have shared with us. America can no longer afford for anyone to sit on the sidelines–waiting for others to make important decisions that impact all. We must all–dive deeply into the process and surface with real solutions for real people.

As most of my readers know, I have plans to explore a presidential run for 2020. We will soon begin raising funds to take a bus tour of the country to hear what people have to say. If it is determined that there is not sufficient support for my run, I will certainly support whoever is the Democratic Nominee without reservation. I say this not because of tribalistic loyalty, but because in the 21st Century, it is the Democratic party that does the most for all Americans. We care about everyone and the issues that are important to all Americans. We will not shirk our responsibility in establishing a budget that will support quality education for all who desire one, healthcare for all, protection of the benefits for our Veterans and Senior Citizens, making sure teachers are compensated and recognized as the professionals they are, establishing a living wage standard for all, and in making sure our planet can sustain life for generations to come. This is why I will support the Democratic party–because others simply only care about one group of people–not all. As far as Republicans thinking they are acting upon the Word of God–I have never seen in the Word of God–a mandate to stoke fear and promote hatred and bigotry. I realize this doesn’t apply to all Republicans and henceforth, I will refer to the group that it does, as the Trumplicans–who do not know God in all of His Goodness and have apparently, never had a Damascus Road experience to truly understand how He wants us to treat others.

I have established a path that I will work towards to make sure all Americans have an equal opportunity to succeed. It’s found on my Facebook page–facebook.com/YesIAm2020 and it has been there since 2017. Depending on what is accomplished within the next two years, I will need to change very little, other than to strengthen what is accomplished. It is time for an Everyday American–who understands the struggles of the average working American–to sit at the table at which decisions are made–and usually without our input. I am a strong, Black woman who has overcome some of life’s nightmarish events and still–willing to take on the cowardly bullies who have nothing of substance to say for themselves, but are always ready to attack any who oppose them. I’m not intimidated by bullies and I won’t back down. I would love to see a presidential election occur without the ugliness, but if it is ugliness I’ll have to deal with, then–game on–I’m ready for it, but I will not wallow in the filth and stench of ugliness.

Just recently, because of what I’ve written in my blogs on WordPress, people are falsely accusing me of being guilty of election fraud. Based on their comments, I informed them, they have indicated no understanding of what election fraud is or how it occurs. I also concluded they were simply part of the trump cult who will jump on the bully bandwagon against anyone who won’t kiss trump’s behind. I don’t bend that way and I don’t expect anyone to bend to kiss mine. That’s not what democracy is all about, but if people continue to read, they’ll see and understand–I want every voter to understand the process and be willing to take part in the process by doing more than just voting. That is what democracy is all about–participating in full in the process. So, Travelsbycar–don’t think for a minute you can intimidate me, you can’t and neither can anyone else. I am so much wiser than that. Throw your mud and watch it land in your own face!

Never Again–Should Be Our War Cry To Preserve Our Democracy, Defeating Fascist Efforts In America!

Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want want to carry out our father’s desires. Although we know that Jesus was talking to the Jews who had a problem believing who He was, we also know that those words ring very true today. Liars are influenced by the devil, the truth is foreign to all pathological liars and until we are willing to speak truth and accept truth, we remain in bondage to doing the devil’s bidding.

I think it’s about time–everyone woke up–and started speaking the truth about daily news events and the threat hanging over us with Russia’s asset in the White House. I have been saying this for over a year and some have chosen to stop following me and that is certainly their right. I will continue to speak the truth as I see it. donald trump is a Russian asset; he has been used to dismantle American democracy and we can see the effects on a daily basis with the attacks on the media, on people of color, and even on those elected officials in Congress. Whether there are those who want to admit they made a mistake by supporting trump or not is totally irrelevant. If American democracy is to be sustained, we must all speak truth to power and keep speaking it until it sinks in and when or if it doesn’t, we must all be prepared to fight to save our Constitutional freedoms by voting blue in every election across the nation!

As Jesus told the Jews, the reason many won’t hear my voice or the voice of others who consistently speak truth about trump is because they do not want to hear truth and they are following the dictates of the devil. It doesn’t matter whether those who refuse to hear and accept truth call themselves Christians or not. If they refuse to hear and speak truth, it’s because they are not “Bible Christians” but conservative Christians who are in essence–false Christians. I am a Bible Christian and I will speak truth and if people choose to hear it, great, if not–great. I will be held accountable for what I do–and they will be held accountable for what they do. I will speak truth and speak truth, shaming the devil. By the way, the title of this blog is reflective of what I’ve heard a number of preachers say, “tell the truth and shame the devil.” It is appropriate at this time and place in our history. We must tell the truth–the world sees and recognizes the truth and they’re judging the rest of us as to whether or not–we will. Russia has an asset in the WH and his name is donald trump.

For instance, the special counsel that trump keeps trying to impugn (along with a number of republican congressmen) is not conducting a witch hunt (and if they are–they’re finding witches with all the indictments). The “witch hunt” theory is simply smoke and mirrors propaganda, designed to keep his base from hearing the truth. It’s a tactic also used by other dictators–along with maligning the press–especially those who print and broadcast truth. The devil is afraid of truth, which is why he tries so hard to keep people from hearing the truth. For if people heard truth and spoke truth, the devil would be out of business and peace would be possible on earth–in all countries.

Another tactic being used to erode truth is the misleading information about the Democratic Party–created by the GOP to malign Democrats. There is propaganda being spread all over the Internet via blogs, ads, and videos–produced by conservative entities that are determined to suppress the vote–especially the vote of the Black Community. If anyone in the Black Community has succumbed to the GOP lies, it’s time they woke up to truth–the truth is that Republicans don’t want you to vote unless you side with them. And the reason they want you to side with them is so they can–call a Constitutional Convention, rewrite the Constitution, and take away the rights of all people of color and women. Don’t believe me–do some research for yourself. This is all part of the plan to allow the United States of America to slide into tyranny. Look at the imbalance of power that exists and know that if Republicans remain in control of all branches of government, there will only be a dictatorship governing.

Look, this is not about abortion rights and religious freedom as those “conservative (false) Christians would have people to believe–this is about our democracy–about putting country before political party. If we don’t, we all suffer the consequences and none of us will survive the outcome for long. We already see increased cost at gas pumps, transportation of food and goods, and in October–the increase in healthcare insurance will be more than many of us can afford–all because of party partisanship that cares not one whit about the people. The fact that elected officials have lined their own pockets and bank accounts is the fault of those who voted for them without paying attention to their open agenda–they did not hide their agenda, but they were counting on people to put political party before what’s best for the country. And here we are!

However, just because we’re here–facing the possibility of seeing the demise of American freedoms, we don’t have to let it happen. The only way we can stop what’s happening right now is get out and vote and vote Blue–No Matter Who! We have to vote Blue in every local, state–primary and general election to get America back on track to sustain our Democracy. If we fail to do that–this November 6, 2018–we may never get a chance to vote again. Again, don’t believe me–do some research and determine the agenda that trump is pushing in order to give Putin the advantage over America. I will never stop fighting to keep our Democracy strong and to keep a dictator from running rough shod over all.

In Michigan–for our primary on 8/7/18–vote for Gretchen Whitmer for Governor and Dana Nessel for Attorney General and Ellen Lipton for CD09 and Kristina Lodovisi for state Senator.  In November–Vote Blue–again for Gretchen, Dana and all other Democrats on the ballot. For Supreme Court Judges–vote for Sam Bagenstos and Megan Cavanaugh to balance decision-making.  Don’t allow GOP tactics to keep you under the thumb of a rising dictator in America.

Across this great nation on November 6, 2018 rise up and vote in numbers never thought of before and make your voices heard–We Do Not Want A Dictator ruling this country–so Vote Blue–No Matter Who–across the land.

 

What Supporting Caging Children Says!

In this political climate–forged by hatred and bigotry on one side (the trump regime), children are caged like animals–separated from their parents–all because they dared to seek asylum in America. I know there are many people who have varying thoughts about this situation, but that doesn’t change the core of the problem. These families–who feared persecution, torture and all sorts of inhumane acts against them–risked their lives and their children’s lives to get away from their countries–hopeful of finding safe haven in the United States.

Unfortunately, what they found was a hateful, bigoted regime–financed by tax payers who would rip their children from their arms, farm them out to detention centers and cage them–without the parents knowing where their children or how they’re being treated. This is the act of a “rogue government” who has demonstrated on more than one occasion they have not respect for the rule of law. Because of their zero tolerance for other human beings seeking safety, we should treat them (Jeff Sessions, Kirsten Nielsen, and trump) the same way–like they are inferior human beings because they are.

The assenting by silence and inaction GOP Congress–does not deserve to maintain their seats in Congress and should be voted out–summarily this November 6, 2018 and for those seats that are up for re-election in the Senate–we need to change the balance of power before we all lose what fragile rights, now observed.

The GOP have failed their constitutional obligations–to keep a check on whoever is in the White House. Because of their inability to do their job–which includes enacting common sense gun reform and immigration policies, we find ourselves in a country which it is easier to buy a gun than it is to get healthcare or get Congress to do their job.

We have a choice in the upcoming elections and the choice should resonate loud and clear to those in the White House–we will not tolerate children being treated like animals! For any “Conservative Christian” to continue to support trump and his unAmerican policies, shame on you. You are not the Christians recognized in the bible. In fact, I doubt seriously if God would recognize any of you as being followers of Jesus Christ. How do I know? Your fear and propensity to accept and promote fearmongering rhetoric tells me so. “Perfect love (unconditional) casts aside fear.” So if you’re acting out of fear simply because a bigoted racist tells you to be afraid, you do not belong to Christ. If you believe trump’s lies and promotes them, you are of your father, Satan–who is the father of lies. And just so you know–Jesus was a brown-skinned man–not white. Those are lies perpetuated throughout Christendom in nations who prefer to promote “white superiority” instead of love towards all human beings.

What you need to do is come out from behind the walls of “fearmongering in the guise of Conservative Christianity” and get acquainted with the real world. More crime is committed by those who were born in this country–Black and White–than any of the immigrants who came here. And while I’m on the subject–the only two groups of people in this country right now–that were never immigrants to America–are the Native Inhabitants and Slaves. Everyone else–chose to come here–as an opportunity to thrive and excel and now–some of you want to deny others the opportunity your ancestors had.

Make no mistake, those of us who are watching and have been paying attention–we knew–Make America Great Again–was all about trying to make America white again. We’re not stupid. I said this from the very beginning of the 2016 presidential campaigns and many tried to tell me I was wrong. What was that? I can’t hear you. Tell me again, I was wrong and I’ll call you a liar to your face (at least your online presence). We have the most bigoted racist person sitting in the Oval Office–ever in the 20th Century and it’s all due to the lie promoted by White Evangelicals and their congregations. GOD DID NOT CHOOSE TRUMP–YOUR BIGOTRY AND FEAR CHOSE TRUMP!

And please–don’t bother to tell about me about your being pro-life because the evidence is in–GOP policies decimate the poor and vulnerable–those lives outside the womb. Those who proclaim they are pro-choice actually mean they are “pro-fetus” since they could care less about life once it puts in appearance. Christian Conservatives are not Christians, but religious people (modern day Pharisees) who are only interested in “controlling” others. That evidence is readily seen–efforts to disband Planned Parenthood (out of fear of white extinction), controlling women’s health and reproductive choices, while at the same time–encouraging sexual predators as revealed in the party of trump. I know a number of Republicans who are not thrilled with the direction this country is taking and some of them are even advocating that everyone vote for Democrats–to save our democracy from becoming a fascist regime led by trump and his Putin cohorts.

Listen and learn, watch a real news channel (Fox is not licensed to produce news, but opinions) and do some research for yourself rather than sitting by complacently waiting to be fed the latest lie. If you support caging children and separating them from their parents, you are not a Bible Christian, but an inhuman perpetrator of lies. And God, not me–will hold you accountable for what you do or don’t do–claiming to be a follower of Christ.

I’m Tired!

I’m tired of all the lies and all the liars!

I’m tired of Republicans acting like there’s nothing wrong with trump.

I’m tired of the white Evangelicals making excuses for the WH menace.

I’m tired of trump supporters’ inability to think for themselves.

I’m tired of the media outlets allowing ignorance to manipulate the news cycles.

I’m tired of seeing children separated from their parents being treated like animals.

I’m tired of people who know truth but won’t speak up to help end this nightmare.

I’m tired of politicians who are afraid to speak truth to power because they might lose an election.

I’m tired of all the people who complain, but won’t vote to change things.

I’m tired of listening to the cult expound the lies they’ve been told and believe.

I’m tired of those who won’t uphold their oaths of office and are allowing this country to sink.

I’m tired of apologizing to our allies for the nut job in the WH.

I’m tired of watching rising prices for gas, good and healthcare.

I’m tired of people thinking that Democrats can’t be Christians even though we’re more Christian than the Republicans who apparently don’t know Jesus.

I’m tired of the evil ones who use the bible to perpetuate their evil.

I’m tired of not knowing where all this will end–in the next year or two.

Okay, so I’m tired and I’m sure there are millions of others just as tired as I am of all the stupid we’ve had to endure. There is a way out from under the stupid–people simply have to get out and vote and vote for the party who has a heart, not just ideological beliefs.

Regardless of party affiliation or none–it’s time for Americans to step up and take control of the situation and vote for Democrats up and down the ballot in every city, township, and state. We must start where we live with local elections and then spread it out to all the general elections so the United States of America will have a chance to preserve our democracy for future generations.

Evangelicals Are Tired Of Living!

Many Evangelicals have conned their congregations into believing God determined that Donald J. Trump should be president because he would usher in the second coming of Christ and they believe that establishing an embassy in Jerusalem will bring it to pass. In essence, they want the end to come based upon John’s revelation which means they’re tired of living.

When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth–Gog and Magog--and to gather them for battle. In number they are like sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Revelation 20:7-10 NIV

He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. Those who are victorious will inherit all this and I will be their God and they will be my children. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars–they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. There is a great deal more that is revealed to John, but since I’m trying to make a point about the lie perpetuated by many church leaders, I won’t spin my wheels trying to extrapolate it. The bottom line is–since the Evangelicals believe trump is the impetus to bringing about the return of Christ–they are also acknowledging he is anti-Christ (Satan, the devil) because according to scripture, it is when Satan is loosed and most of us–Christian and non-Christian believe trump is the epitome of the anti-Christ because nothing he does–is Christ-like and certainly does not reflect his belief or willingness to do as Christ would do.

Now, many may argue my point and that is certainly their right, but I’ve never seen anyone as divisive, vile, and ego-driven as trump or his idolatrous worshipers who are filled with hateful bigotry. They are the ones who need to be concerned about the end since they will miss heaven. What they have overlooked is, there will be no “new Jerusalem” until all the old has been destroyed and at that time–there will be no need for walls or war–because the reference is to our lives in heaven.

I can’t speak for every Born-Again believer who truly conducts themselves as followers of Christ, but I can speak for myself. I am appalled at the atrocity Evangelicals have instigated by lying to their flocks. They have misled and misdirected so many people into believing the lie that many are prepared to “kill others” because of their idolatrous worship of trump. But I am not their judge, God is–the God of heaven, not the god of this world who has deceived them and is now, laughing out loud at their folly. They may not see it, yet, and may not even see it before their demise, but it will be noted in the books of history and certainly noted in the records of heaven.

The Evangelicals in the 21st Century–are the contemporary Pharisees who are not interested in all developing and maintaining a life with Christ–doing good, but in controlling what people think and do. They have been deceived and are not willing to admit their mistakes and tell people the truth. They don’t have to tell people the truth; there are many of us who continue to tell the truth–Evangelicals have lied to their congregations and are apparently, tired of living. Well, since they’re tired of living, they should effectuate their deaths and leave the rest of us alone. The end will come–but only when God decides, not them. But we have to give them credit where credit is due–their choice (not God’s) in supporting trump is leading to the destruction of the earth and God will hold them accountable for that.

For the rest of us who are not tired of living, but have hope in the future and a desire for our children and grandchildren to enjoy the planet–we have work to do and we don’t have time to wait for if we delay–for any reason–we perpetuate the nonsense being spewed by those Evangelicals who are tired of living. It is time to Resist the evil that confronts and unite to conquer the evil with love and compassion, driving out all the hate and bigotry.

 

The Lies Are Disrupting My Peace!

This is going to be short and sweet–I think!

The lies coming from the WH have finally gotten to me. It’s not just that trump has told over 3 thousand lies since taking office; it’s not just that Sarah Huckabee Sanders lies daily; and it’s not just because all the trump surrogates simply regurgitate the lies–I am tired of hearing the lies about the lies!

In 2016, when trump presented a letter on the Dr. Oz show–supposedly written by Dr. Borstein–I knew from the content–it was a lie. No credible doctor would write such crap. This week, the doctor admitted–trump dictated the letter read on the Dr. Oz show.

Considering the tone of the health report presented by Ronny Jackson, most of us knew it was a lie, but we reserved judgment until now.  I have concluded that if the doctors are willing to lie (because of bribe or bullying), then everyone around trump will lie.

And they all (WH and spokespersons) called Hillary a liar and Comey a liar–which is hypocritical to say the least since neither have told the whoppers fed by trump administration. In fact, just yesterday, someone provided a graph of the lies told by Obama and trump–in 8 years, Obama was listed at telling 18 lies–in 468 days, trump listed at telling over 3 thousand (over 5 thousand since declaring candidacy in 2015).

First trump didn’t know anything about the $130K payment to Stormy Daniels (his lie on Air Force One), now Giuliani tells Sean Hannity, trump reimbursed Cohen for the payment.

They have all lied about Russian involvement and it has and is being revealed now. They have all lied about what they knew about–anything remotely related to the election meddling (they knew and cooperated).

I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of the lies and my inner peace is disrupted every time I hear them lie. The lies prove to me–that none of these so-called Christians are in fact Christians; they have no clue what The Word says about lying and liars. So, here’s my reminder:

Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. 1 John 2:4 NIV

There is so much more from the bible the lying, irresponsible Republicans claim to read. They haven’t read or haven’t understood what they claim they read. And then, they had the nerve to get upset with Michelle Wolf, a comedian, who confronted them with truth and they couldn’t handle the truth because the lies have warped all sense of honesty and morality within them.

It’s time for a change–a change that benefits all Everyday Americans and change that will promoted with integrity and truth–no more lies!

Corruption In The Midst!

They have sunk deep into corruption, as in the days of Gibeah. God will remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins. Hosea 9:9 NIV

Mob boss mentality. Organized crime tactics. Payola. Rudy Giuliani. Donald J. Trump. Mike Pence, FBI agents (loyal to Giuliani), NYPD, Fox News, Sean Hannity, Jim Jordan, Mark Meadow, Matt Gaetz, Most Congressional GOP, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Kellyanne Conway, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Ronna Romney McDaniel, Devin Nunes, Trey Gowdy, et al.

These are the people who have deliberately conspired to undermine democracy in America and are yet collaborating with the enemy–within the White House.

Did you ever imagine seeing what is happening in America–right now? The Oval Office resident, taking instructions from Vladmir Putin to keep him exposing “salacious truths” about a Russian visit–that from all accounts–have been verified with flight logs and credible witnesses. Did you imagine that?

Did you ever imagine having our election process tainted and hacked by those who are afraid of losing control over people? That is why they’re doing what they’re doing–fear is driving them which proves there is no love within any of them.

Did you ever imagine that an elected leader would instigate and ignite so much hatred in the land that people actually think they have a right to taunt, maim, and kill those who don’t look like them or worship like them–just because?

Is this America–land of the free, home of the brave when one segment of the population is steering elected leaders to squash and undermine the Constitution?

The corruption is deep-seated and in high places, wearing ties and suits, beginning in the White House and trickling down the hall and out the door up the hill–fear washing away common sense and civility and decency and honor and integrity until there is nothing left but anger, hatred and bigotry where everyone is suspected of doing something wrong based upon feelings where no evidence exists. All a ploy to cover up the involvement of so many who wanted to win an election so badly they were willing to sell their souls and they did, but now–the end is near and all the corruption is about to be exposed simply because–“whatever is hidden or done in the dark shall be revealed.”

All the angst and screaming and shouting and redundancy–won’t matter. Innocent people–don’t fear investigations and they don’t keep screaming the same lie–day after day, to whoever will listen and by now–no one is listening to the false proclamations of–No collusion.

Consider this for a moment–a pathological liar who lies about everything (being his own publicist and his net worth), to crowd size and approval ratings and celebrity (only the foolish believe) is going to lie about everything else and we see–thanks to Stormy Daniels (who has really created a storm)–just how corrupt Donald J. Trump is and will be for he knows not the way of righteousness. All he knows is how to blame others for his ineptness and incompetence and in how to rape the United States Treasury–without regard to the fact that tax payer dollars–don’t belong to him.

But then–that’s the way dictators act–they raid the treasuries so they can live luxurious lives, while they burden the poor and the needy for they have no use for them. We see this in all the overturned regulations that allow air pollution and contamination of water and soil and who does this hurt the most? The poor saps who believed he cared about them and now–they’re beginning to see–albeit a bit late in the game–he cares for no one but himself.

They failed to see how corrupt a business man he was and is. They failed to take note of the lies he told about Hillary and others for making up lies is what he does best. They failed to take off the blinders of idol worship to see and understand what was right in front of them–Corruption with yellow hair and a long red tie waving in the wind of callously calculated deception and demagoguery. Now, they have to live with it just like the rest of us, only we who see–are fighting back–resisting the evil that lurks and permeates the very air we breath, choking those in DC and keeping them toeing the line of corruption that’s about to break and deliver them all into the pits of hell, they dug.

Don’t blame Comey, Rosenstein or Mueller for the corruption in which the evildoers are mired. Those who are fighting to see truth prevail are not responsible for the corruption, but will make sure justice prevails and all the corruption is known along with the corruptors who think they can hide behind their positions as lawmakers.

There is another group of people responsible for the deceptive flimflam we see–White Evangelicals who claim to be Christians, but know not Christ and we see it in their efforts to control others, disregard the rights of the poor and the needy and in lying to the general public about the monster they claim–has come to know God–yet their proclamation is without evidence of any fruit–you know–the fruit of the Holy Spirit–the evidence He is now in control–you know–love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, hope, faith, (integrity & honor), patience, and self-control. They promoted a person who doesn’t even know what civility means and therefore we certainly can’t expect him to conduct himself–civilly–with others–and he doesn’t. No class, no decorum, no integrity, no honor, no decency whatsoever and they–the White Evangelicals–claim this person is God’s choice to lead America. How quickly they learned to lie and are promoting the continuation of the lie just so they can garner control over what others do. In the end, God will have His way and they won’t like what awaits them and all other liars–the lake of fire.

But as bad as it all seems there is hope–God will turn it around to benefit all He loves. And that is the key–God is love, not hate and love will triumph over hate. And all who know God, belong to God and understand that, “perfect love (unconditional love) casts out fear” will see the darkness dispelled when truth is revealed.

It’s time for a change and all who know how to love–unconditionally–can bring change into effect and reach others so nothing like this will ever happen again. Make a commitment to vote Blue in every election in every state so evil will never again have a chance to wreck our democracy in the guise of “false patriotism” promoting fascists.
