Now, Lord!

Then King David went in and sat before the LORD, and he said: “Who am I, LORD God, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?And as if this were not enough in your sight, my God, you have spoken about the future of the house of your servant. You, LORD God, have looked on me as though I were the most exalted of men. “What more can David say to you for honoring your servant? For you know your servant, LORD. For the sake of your servant and according to your will, you have done this great thing and made known all these great promises. “There is no one like you, LORD, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears. And who is like your people Israel—the one nation on earth whose God went out to redeem a people for himself, and to make a name for yourself, and to perform great and awesome wonders by driving out nations from before your people, whom you redeemed from Egypt? It is time for all those who believe God more than the politicians to put themselves in position to think and do as David did–accepting God’s promise as His Will for our lives, and walking in the favor He provides.

We cannot allow ourselves to be bogged down in the negativity targeted against us, nor can we waddle in self-pity doing nothing to change the landscape around us. When we pray, we must get up and do–to see how God works in our lives.

Now is not the time for a pity party because of the GOP Terrorist Act. Now, is the time to get deeply embroiled in the political arena, seeking and supporting a person who will live as God desires us to live and do all that Jesus commanded of us–Loving God, and Loving our neighbors as ourselves.

We cannot sit and watch those who proclaim to know Jesus and yet, ignore His commandment to love. For love does not ignore or abandon the poor, needy and vulnerable. Love embraces and lifts those from the depths of poverty and provides them avenues to soar like eagles. Love has no personal agenda, but always looks after others. Love has no allegiance to political partisanship, but because of our allegiance and relationship with Jesus Christ–we love all, unconditionally.

Now, is the time to rise up from our prayer positions, fully engaged and replenished by Holy Spirit to march into the battle ahead–armed and ready to defeat the enemy within the White House and on Capitol Hill.

Now, is the time to research and gather and analyze all information we can in order to truthfully respond to all the nonsense that is pouring forth from the incompetence of those who will not read with understanding. Sadly, it has become public knowledge that many of the Republicans who voted in favor of the GOP Terrorist Act (AHCA), never read it and simply went along with the party–some bribed or bullied by the liar-in-chief (who doesn’t have a clue either).

I am asserting myself into The Word and believing that whatever God promised David out of his obedience, I am also in line to receive. Therefore the passage above–applies to me and I will see all that God has shown me and nothing the enemy attempts to do to keep me from receiving all God has for me–will prosper. The enemy’s plans will fizzle against the shield of love it hits at every turn, everywhere I go. I declare it all done, in Jesus’ name, right now, Lord!

In order to expect to receive God’s promises, we must know what they are and they can only be found in His Word! Now, Lord!

The Pro-Life Liars!

These men lie in wait for their own blood; they ambush only themselves! Such are the paths of all who go after ill-gotten gain; it takes away the life of those who get it. Out in the open wisdom calls aloud, she raises her voice in the public square; on top of the wall she cries out, at the city gate she makes her speech: “How long will you who are simple love your simple ways? How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge? Repent at my rebuke! Then I will pour out my thoughts to you, I will make known to you my teachings. Look at what the “religious right” have managed to do–kill off 24 million Americans and they claim to be “pro-life!”

To be fair–not all of the GOP House betrayed their constituents in order to “give the #WHidiot a sense of a win,” and they will reap what they have sown.

But let’s look at some of the facts:

• They claim to be pro-life (in the womb) but once a person puts in an appearance, they set them up for premeditated murder.
• In voting to pass a bill that could ultimately keep the most vulnerable from receiving adequate medical, but cutting taxes that benefit only the rich, the GOP House showed its true colors.
• They are the American-bred Terrorists
• Most of them never read the entire bill
• There was session in committee before presenting for vote.
• They ignored most of their constituents who told them (at least that dared to face their constituents) they needed their healthcare
• Hate–against the Black President–drives again–the need for the White-lash against their own people.
• The biggest losers could be (if the Senate is not more responsible) those living in red states (not the ones who flipped).

The consequences are going to be phenomenal when Republicans across the country are going to lose any re-election efforts they push.  The outrage is real, people’s lives are real, and they will not forget who jeopardized their health.

So when people say they are “pro-life” ask them if all lives matter; especially those who are impacted by the idiocy that exists in DC and remind them how the GOP voted against providing healthcare for the vulnerable.

It’s time to go BLUE all across the country because really, they are the only political party that cares for all people.

 

Silent!

Let me not be put to shame, LORD, for I have cried out to you; but let the wicked be put to shame and be silent in the realm of the dead. Let their lying lips be silenced, for with pride and contempt they speak arrogantly against the righteous.How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you. In the shelter of your presence you hide them from all human intrigues; you keep them safe in your dwelling from accusing tongues. There is a time to be silent so we can hear The Lord and then there are times when our silence becomes the death knoll for those who don’t have a platform or venue in which to speak. I choose to be silent long enough to hear what The Lord is speaking to my heart and then empowered by His love and wisdom, I boldly stand up and speak out against injustice and liars.

Now is not the time to be silent when our government is running amuck with plans being made to benefit only the rich 2% of the nation’s population. The other 98% deserve the same consideration of any and all policies and anything less–will not be tolerated.

Now is the time and America is the place for all who understand–JUSTICE FOR ALL–to resist the terrorist in the White House and stand up and speak out before all is lost for generations to come.

Silence in the midst of turmoil and chaos is consent to everything happening around us. Don’t be part of the problem–be a part of the solution that all may live in peace and prosper as our souls prosper–do the right thing at all times.

Many were silent when the Jews were being arrested and transported to camps were they were killed– when had they had the courage to stand up and speak out–those killed would still be here. We cannot allow history to repeat itself and encourage genocide of the poor and the elderly with the current health plan engineered to enrich insurance companies and all those republicans who are heavily invested in them.We cannot allow the round-up and deportation of immigrants to continue–separating families–of people who only wanted a better life–not a bitter one.

Stand up America! Now is not the time to be silent on issues that will impact the lives of all in a negative way.

Many are those who believed the lie the liar told and now that it’s time for action, they too can see how they were misled and deluded by the fanfare accompanying the entertainer who has proven he is not equipped to govern.

Stand up America! Now is not the time to be silent on issues that will impact the lives of all for generations to come!

The clown in the White House proceeded to the position of a leader of the free world with assistance by Russian hacks, collusion, and false propaganda, and lies upon lies about his opponent–Hillary, but now–all who have eyes to see and ears to hear–understand what she was trying to warn us about and many more–saw the light, but the corrupted ones, kept her from the Oval Office and now we have the Twisted Terrorist making policies that will lead to the deaths of many.

Stand up America! Now is not the time to be silent! Now is the time to actively resist and oppose the terrorist in the White House.

Words And Deeds!

And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come. “Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God. John 3:17-21 NIV

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder. You foolish person, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. James 2:14-22 NIV

We can talk and talk and talk–say a lot of words–empty words, meaningless words–and if we don’t act upon what we say--doing all the good things (not the evil), then our words mean nothing. If our words mean nothing, why are we yet talking?

It is amazing how those in the White House want people to believe what they say, but what they say is not believable because of all the lies, piled upon lies emanating from their lips and then we do not see the “good” deeds; we see the horror of their actions reenacted across the nation by those who will suffer the most from voting for a con man.

How were they conned? They heard what he said–ignoring what he has done all his life–and they believed his words which were calculated lies. They will suffer and so will he, but the rest of us will also suffer from his negligence–and his lack of faith and belief in God. For surely if he believed God and were saved, America would not be in the mess we’re in right now.

Meditate on God’s Word–think about what is said and then reflect upon what you see, drawing your own conclusions.

In the same way, good deeds are obvious, and even those that are not obvious cannot remain hidden forever. I Timothy 5:25 NIV

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. James 3:13 NIV

Goat or Sheep?

All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
