Enemy In The White House

Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked straight at Elymas and said, “You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Will you never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord? Now the hand of the Lord is against you. You are going to be blind for a time, not even able to see the light of the sun.” Immediately mist and darkness came over him, and he groped about, seeking someone to lead him by the hand. When the proconsul saw what had happened, he believed, for he was amazed at the teaching about the Lord. Acts 13:9-12 NIV

I can hear this being said about trump and his entire administration. They are spawns of the devil and enemies of everything that is right. They are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery (lies and alternative facts) and worst part of all is–most claim to be Christians–making a mockery of who Christ is.

Jesus Christ–God wrapped in human flesh–who is love, came down to earth after watching how we were desecrating ourselves and misleading others with religious behavior. He loves us so much, He was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice–His life for ours–and yet we see the mockery–in the White House–in America–and they think no one sees through their lies and they don’t care when their lies are exposed.

Now, I don’t know everything, but I am filled with Holy Spirit and allow Him to direct me and correct me. Just as Paul called out the devil when recognized, so am I–calling out the enemy in the White House. 

Jesus served–the needs of all who came to Him. Although there were those who wanted to serve Him, He preferred serving others–an act of humility we’ll never see from those in the White House. Egos are driving their actions and they feel they are above the law and any and everything they want to do–should simply be accepted and applauded (and it is by those who have been gaslighted–the gullibles–low-informed voters who resent others having college degrees).  The rest of us–those whose minds have not been cast into the throes of receptivity of lies and are capable of thinking for ourselves–will not fall prey to those who use gaslighting to seduce others into their cult. 

What is gaslighting? I’ve defined it before, but I will again and again, until all come into the knowledge of truth and turn from the evil ways of those who do not love, do not desire to serve others and are only interested in profiting financially from their position of power, no matter what happens to others.

Now, a thinking person–after reading the information above–would reflect upon what has happened recently and as far back as a year ago–to understand why trump is a manipulating gaslighter. If having a weak, gullible mindset–susceptible to cultism behavior is who they are–they have probably been gaslighted. The manipulator seeks a point of weakness and frustration with the status quo and exploits it for their own purposes. Once gullibles are engaged, totally dependent upon the manipulator–people become incapable of separating truth from fiction or rather false propaganda and proceed to keep promoting it as though it was true.

We know this is true because of what happened when Alex Jones promoted the false narratives about Hillary Clinton and had help from James O’Keefe who manipulated videos to spread false narratives. The “pizzagate” lie ended up with a man in jail and it could have cost lives when he went into a pizzeria, determined to “save children from a child-sex ring,” who didn’t exist. Now, they’re in cahoots trying to undermine the credibility of CNN, even though there are a number of republican contributors spotlighted on the cable news network. Once again, Fox Entertainment’s hosts, trump administration, and trump all attempt to manipulate their base of low-information, low-educated voters who from all we can see–are totally susceptible to the manipulation (though they won’t admit it). They have been manipulated into believing children have been kidnapped and are being held on the planet Mars. Talk about National Enquirer mentality! They’re also propagating the false narrative that CNN is on the side of dictators and are blackmailing “Tweeters” on Twitter. When I see those who proclaim to be Christians promote this nonsense, I begin to doubt they ever knew Christ.

I think I’ve made the point of what gaslighting does and who’s susceptible to the practice. How does a person avoid being gaslighted? Seek information from multiple sources (especially those with differing opinions from yours), analyze and draw conclusions based upon the reality unfolding in front of you–not what one group says. Watch–without the cloud-covered blinders–what the manipulators do and hear what they say. They lie from one minute to another and their behavior–especially the egotists–is to do whatever puts them at the center of attention, while denouncing everything everyone else does.

Now, that the explanation has been made and illustrations offered, are you being gaslighted by the manipulative crew in the White House? If so, pull away from a television and social media for 21 days (time it takes to form good habits), pray, and seek God’s Wisdom over your own, and then be willing to call a lie a lie and a liar a liar. If you’re not willing to exorcise yourself, then you’ll have no one to blame but yourself when you see your world crumble around you, catching you unaware.

While many will be trying to understand or undermine what has just been said, I’ll continue to lay the foundation for my presidential run in 2020. Yes, I am going to run because I’m a much better candidate than the person in office right now, on multiple levels and the biggest is–I don’t and won’t lie to make me look like something I’m not.

Not Easily Manipulated!

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do. James 1:2-8 NIV

When trouble comes–for many–they discover their vulnerabilities– and then others take advantage of the situation, manipulating those who are vulnerable and not thinking clearly. For the Believer, we are told that when events occur in our life that test our mettle–we should welcome it–and discover just how strong we are and incapable of being manipulated by those who would attempt to do it.

How do we recognize the manipulators? That’s easy–they smile in our face, telling us anything we want to hear, attempt to explain away any negatives about them or a current situation, and then they convince us–for a price–they can make things better. The price they exact from the vulnerable depends upon the situation at hand.

For those who proclaim they have great business acumen–listen carefully and then do your research. Are they that great and who is saying so? Is it just them or does the entire business community confirm their greatness? How did they achieve their wealth? Were they born into it or did they work–using sweat equity–to accomplish their achievements? Did they take advantage of legal loopholes to get out of paying debts–leaving others destitute and broken? Are they selling a bill of goods or do they live by what they proclaim? Is there any documented proof of what they claim?

The double-minded–who can’t make up their minds about what they believe or what they want–are unstable in all their ways. How do we know? When a person proclaims one thing–one minute and then ten minutes later–change their position, they demonstrate their instability because they have not determined one course of action, but are easily influenced to travel any path that appears to get them where they want to go. And as they go–down one merry path into another–they are always plotting–ready to manipulate any losers who dare to believe them.

The greatest losers at the hand of a master manipulator are those who buy into the rhetoric of greatness and hope for things that are literally not possible. Many women have been seduced into relationships by master manipulators to discover later, they were manipulated into a situation because of their own vulnerability.

We divulge our vulnerabilities when we are needy, desperate, and frustrated with our lot in life–without Jesus in our lives. When a smooth-talker comes along who appears to understand us and offer us false hope–we grab at it–thinking we’ve finally found what we need. Unfortunately, by the time we’ve paid the price–giving into what the manipulator wants us to do–it’s too late and the time cannot be recovered nor the trust we misplaced in people.

How do we avoid being manipulated? We trust in the Lord and seek Him for wisdom in all we do. We don’t listen to the smooth talkers, the ones who can read us like a transparent book cover–we investigate and research–before placing our trust in any person. We dare to look at ourselves and see us for who we really are and plan to change our lives based upon the guidance of The Lord. If we need an education to get the job we want–we go back to school–shedding the anger and frustration from past lost opportunities and make the most of the new ones.

We don’t allow anyone to play on our weaknesses because we work not to display them, so others won’t know, by drawing strength from our loving God. With Jesus on our side–He will alert us to anyone attempting to manipulate us.

What’s Next?

Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,” and to insight, “You are my relative.” They will keep you from the adulterous woman, from the wayward woman with her seductive words. With persuasive words she led him astray; she seduced him with her smooth talk.All at once he followed her like an ox going to the slaughter, like a deer stepping into a noose till an arrow pierces his liver, like a bird darting into a snare, little knowing it will cost him his life. Now then, my sons, listen to me; pay attention to what I say. Do not let your heart turn to her ways or stray into her paths. Many are the victims she has brought down; her slain are a mighty throng. Her house is a highway to the grave, leading down to the chambers of death. Proverbs 7:4,5; 21-27 NIV

No matter how many times it said, many refuse to listen to the wisdom that resides in the pages of the book of Proverbs.

Wisdom–usually referred to with a female pronoun throughout The Word–is compared to “an adulterous woman” (not so wise) in this passage,  one who has no integrity, scruples or values. To keep this all in context, one must read the entire seventh chapter. However, if we look beyond the pronoun reference and see the character traits of the adulterer, we see how all of this connects and is applicable to daily lives–especially in the political arena.

Let me see if I could put this into perspective–based on the facts as they are revealed. The male pronoun reference embellishes the character traits of a person who is gullible and easily manipulated. The warning against the adulterous woman is to make sure all understand that manipulators use enticing words, playing to a person’s weaknesses and desires and will offer whatever they want–in order to get what they want. Of course, if a person is gullible and easily manipulated–because of a lack of knowledge–they will believe and follow the manipulator–and end up traveling the path of destruction–by their own choices.

We have two choices–one not much better than the other–but choices nonetheless. We must choose between a blustery, dictatorial, narcissistic, bigoted, hate and fearmonger who doesn’t have a clue about how much of anything works outside his own delusions of grandeur. One who backpedals on a daily basis, and doesn’t feel he has to play the game by the rules and when people disagree with him–watch out for vitriol–as he attempts to bully by intimidation.

And the other choice–someone who has been proven to not always tell the complete truth–(though all politicians lie) and for some–as they see it–refuses to take responsibility for her actions. Though she has been cleared of wrongdoing in two major investigations–Benghazi and the email probe–opponents refuse to let her “carelessness” go. Okay, so she was careless–or stupid–but unfortunately, stupidity is not a crime or more people would be locked up and then there wouldn’t be anyone eligible to run for any public office–especially in this election cycle.

What I don’t understand is why–anyone would choose a man who has openly stated that his daughter is so beautiful that if he wasn’t married, he’d date her. That statement sent warning signals to me–especially in light of his inflated ego and view of self. Does he really think it was appropriate to admit he’d like to sleep with his daughter? Why would anyone want a man in the position of President of the United States–who praises the likes of those who hate and kill–indiscriminately? And then there are other pending lawsuits that, if ever revealed, will expose the true nature and character of a child molester.But then I guess the answer is in his enticing words (not necessarily truth)—intended to ignite and promote hatred of others while making himself appear more capable and knowledge than he is.  He is his best publicist for not many others have said anything about his greatness or his wealth.

I’m still praying for all Americans who will be voting this fall. And for those who think I’ve gone overboard with what I have to say about the election and applicability of God’s Word, you’re entitled to think whatever you like. I’ve learned to respect people who disagree with me without trying to tear them down for doing so. If that same courtesy is not extended to me–God’s got my back. I’m especially praying for those Evangelical leaders who are deliberately leading people down a garden path–not of God–but out of fear, proving they do not trust God. Fearmongering works best when a candidate has nothing of substance to say about the real issues–that affect all Americans. Where love resides, there’s room in the heart for fear!

Until we realize we all–black, white, yellow, brown, red–Believers of Christ and non-believers, gay, straight, male or female–belong to the human race and we should all be treated with love and compassion as Jesus would do. So what happens next? That depends on how open hearts are to hearing Holy Spirit speak–even when it means putting aside political ideologies that ignite hatred and bigotry. God knows best and in the end–it will all be as He planned it.

Know The Spirit That Influences!

Now the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will depart from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons, through the hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared. They forbid marriage and demand abstinence from foods that God created to be received with gratitude by those who believe and know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing should be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, since it is sanctified by the word of God and by prayer. I Timothy 4:1-5 HCSB

If we know that Satan’s job is to influence others in stealing, killing, and destroying, encouraging lying since he is the father of liars, and manipulating deception, why are we surprised by anything that happens in the world?

There are two reigning spirits in our atmosphere: Holy Spirit who speaks to our hearts when He resides within and Satan–who speaks to the mind, causing flesh to react to external forces.

Holy Spirit will only speak those things to our hearts which we have learned of God and in living according to God’s Word, reminding us that it’s all about Jesus!

Satan will tell people to do whatever feels good to you. It’s all about you!

Holy Spirit speaks truth as He leads us to living peacefully among all people, doing all things decently and in order.

Satan is the master of confusion and chaos and he is only concerned with the destruction of mankind.

If we’re honest with ourselves–willing to take a good look in the mirror, shedding the scales that blind us to truth--we’ll see which spirit influences everything we think, say, and do. Once we can see truth about self, we can look at others and see truth about them as well, but until we are able to see and accept truth about self–we will never see truth about others.

This is why we have so many people confused about who the best person is to sit in the White House. When people can support bigotry, hatred, racism, and narcissism in a candidate, they are actually saying those character traits reside in them.

There is no perfect candidate in this election year, but we can seek God and allow His Spirit to direct us in all things and we know–because we know who He is and how He operates, that He will only direct us to the person who is more likely to be living according to His Word–full of compassion and love for all people.

When we begin to understand The Word of God is intended to be a blueprint by which we live, and apply it to our lives on a daily basis, we will see the benefits of living according to The Word. The bible is not just some ancient book of myths as Satan has some believing; it is clear instructions for living a Godly life, a life in which one can expect peace and harmony, and enjoy life while here on earth. When we know God–we know love; when we know love, we will not entertain thoughts of destruction or hate. Mankind is God’s most precious creation and Satan hates us with everything in him and will influence the vulnerable and weak-minded into thinking there is no God of creation, and people can do whatever they want to do.

Remember–Satan is the liar–the influence behind all destruction and confusion, hate and bigotry.

Now, who is influencing what you think, say, and do?

When The Deceivers Charm!

“As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of this age?” Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not charmed.  Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” (Matthew 24:3-8 NIV)

Not too long ago, there were Tweeters posting the end of the world on September 25, 2015. At least that’s the date I remember, I could be off by a day or two. I remember seeing the Tweets, but I refuse to engage in the rhetoric.

Jehovah Witnesses have proclaimed the return of Christ for decades and will debate the issue and charm those who do not know what Jesus said and why.

There have been people all over the world, proclaiming when the end will come and because foolish people would rather believe those who deliberately deceive, they are manipulated by them.

How about this? Let’s all read the Bible, seek understanding, and then just believe what The Word says. “NO MAN KNOWS WHEN JESUS WILL RETURN–NOT EVEN HIM–ONLY THE FATHER!” And since His return will be as a thief in the night, there will be no warnings of His imminent return–we simply need to be ready and not deceived by those who know how to charm the foolish!

What happens when deceivers charm? People commit suicide influenced by false leaders. They pack suitcases waiting for that “ride” to heaven. They sell their homes and businesses and empty bank accounts. They build bunkers and hoard food and water. WHEN THE END COMES–WE WHO BELIEVE WILL BE GONE BEFORE WE CAN BLINK OUR EYES AND THERE WILL BE NO NEED FOR FOOD, WATER, TICKETS, OR LUGGAGE!

I’m praying for those who are consistently deceived by those who do much talking and manipulating of The Word in order to convince others they have been chosen by God to proclaim His return–specifically by date and year. God didn’t choose them–at least the God of Heaven didn’t choose, but the god of this world–most certainly did. 

Let’s stop being foolish and supporting fools in their attempts to be more than they are.

God’s Word is true and everyone who is not saying what God has said is a liar and deceives the easily charmed.

Insight Into The Mystery of Christ Jesus!

“Surely you have heard about the administration of God’s grace that was given to me for you, that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to people in other generations as it has not been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together in the promise of Christ Jesus.” (Ephesians 3:2-6 NIV)

What is a mystery? By definition–anything that is kept secret, unexplained, or unknown. Here Paul tells us that the mystery–the unknown has been explained to him by the Spirit of God because of the grace–unearned, unmerited favor given to him.

If the mystery of the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been explained, then why is it that some are still left in the dark, shaking their heads either in amazement or unbelief?

The answer is quite simply this: For those who do not have the Spirit of God living within them, they cannot understand the spiritual wisdom given to those who are totally dependent upon His teaching and are always listening to Him who knows more than any mere man will ever know.

Though some of us have experienced spiritual revelation about God’s Word, we will never know the totality of God’s Word because if we did, we’d be arrogant enough to think we are gods. Even without the revelation experience, there are some individuals who think they are gods and attempt to corrupt and manipulate The Word to control others. In an effort to appear “spiritually deep” some people have caused others much anguish and pain, they eventually turn away from the One true God because their little gods treated them so miserably.

Who are these little gods? Anyone who thinks they are the only ones who have rightly interpreted the Bible and misuse their interpretation for a variety of reasons that include appeasing flesh. One such group is those who “reinvented God’s Word” to justify practicing sin–the “Rainbow Bible” which has eliminated any reference to homosexuality. Then there is the New World translation which eliminates any references to hell, and any translation that denies the divinity of Jesus Christ, and the Godhead totally. Let’s face it–there are so many translations which eliminate gender reference that many are confused.

God is a spirit–and Jesus called Him Father, therefore, He is a male archetype of what men should be–and He shall ever be a He, not a she or an it. Those of us who have Holy Spirit living within us know this because truth is only revealed to those operating in the spirit and others will not understand for they cannot understand.  Therefore, the mystery of the Gospel will remain a mystery for those who refuse to accept spiritual revelation.

But for those of us who have received the indwelling power of Holy Spirit, He can reveal to us–all the Father directs Him to give us. Notice that Holy Spirit will not say anything the Father has not said, or until the Father directs Him to speak to us. This is why we must receive the indwelling of Holy Spirit, so we can have access to revelation knowledge (revealed by Holy Spirit) and share what we’ve been given to others so they will also have access and insight to the mystery of Jesus Christ.  None of what we receive from Holy Spirit is intended for us to keep to ourselves, but to share the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ so all will come into the knowledge of God’s Truth. We are not responsible for whether people receive the information; we are only responsible for sharing it.

So pray in the spirit, study God’s Word, seek Him about everything and receive the revealed Truth to share with others, not to manipulate them as so many have attempted to do.
