And It Shall Be!

And It Shall Be!

And so it shall be:

Instead of a sweet smell there will be a stench;
Instead of a sash, a rope;
Instead of well-set hair, baldness;
Instead of a rich robe, a girding of sackcloth;
And branding instead of beauty.

Your men shall fall by the sword,
And your mighty in the war.

Her gates shall lament and mourn,
And she being desolate shall sit on the ground.  Isaiah 3:24-26 NKJV

Whenever we as a people–men and women–male and female–all created by Him who created all things–refuse to obey God and do things His way, we find ourselves on the receiving end of the consequences of disobedience. And when we see these things coming to fruition, most don’t acknowledge the role they play in helping us get there and instead, point fingers–blaming others–never accepting responsibility for what they do.

This has been the story of mankind–from the beginning when we are discovered in our muck–blaming others. In the garden, after succumbing to temptation and listening to the serpent who influenced doubt about God’s Word (“you shall not surely die”), Adam and the woman both blamed others for their act of disobedience. Adam blamed God for giving him the woman and the woman blamed the serpent because they apparently forgot that God knows all. Even though they refused to accept responsibility for their actions, they all received the consequences of their disobedience--the man having to work the land in order to eat; the woman having children accompanied by pain, and the serpent–once able to walk upright–having to crawl on his belly.

Though there are many who refuse to understand and accept God’s Word in totality--the refusal to accept does not change the reality of the consequences we shall all feel when we disobey. God’s Word shall stand long after all the “politically correct” nonsense fades away, long after mankind enters a new phase of generated extinction because of “feelings” and long after lies are exposed–about everything the enemy has influenced, God’s Word shall stand and it shall be as He warned us.

What we have overlooked–time after time–is that we are simply to obey God–no matter how we feel. No where in the bible will we find God telling us to function based upon our feelings. Though He wants us to be compassionate–loving and helpful to others–He does not tell us to act out of emotional turmoil. He recognizes all the feelings–the emotional capacity He placed in us, but He expects us to obey Him in all things and that includes–being self-disciplined (not submitting to our feelings).

That’s the biggest problem we face and have faced throughout history–people operating in their feelings. Wars have started because of a lack of discipline and disobedience. When people don’t control their emotions–they ignite negative environments and we see strife, bigotry, and hatred towards others because of “feelings” and not because anyone has actually responded to another person’s feelings.

When we allow our emotions to overrule common sense–we end up with problems that run rampant causing all sorts of evil against humanity. Emotions are fickle at best and for some–their feelings change as often as they blink their eyes and every time their feelings change, they allow their tongue to wag--without control–speaking when they should be thinking and then they wonder how–they arrive at the door of destruction. If we refuse to read God’s Word with understanding, then we dig a hole in which there will be no way out and then–it shall be as God said.

It’s past time we woke and smelled the stench that pervades the atmosphere–the hatred, the bigotry, the lies that lead to people living by their feelings and expecting others to embrace their disobedient, emotionalized feelings. All of this comes before God as a stench so strong there will never be enough air freshener to change it. Disobedience is a horrible smell and it leaves a stain for all to see–and Tide can’t clean it. And since it smells horribly and makes God cringe–all of the consequences promised to us for our disobedience–shall be.

It’s time we got our act together and stopped stinking up the atmosphere and send up a sweet fragrance of obedience to God in all things and submit our feelings to His Will.

Remain and Maintain!

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. John 15:4-10 NIV

To remain somewhere or in something means to stay there. To maintain something means to keep it up–don’t depart from it.

If we remain–stay with God and allow His Word to stay in us, we will bear much fruit with Him and without Him, we accomplish nothing.

If we stay with God and stay with His Word we can ask whatever we want from Him and He will do it–according to His Word.

If we stay in His love as we maintain our walk–keeping His commandment to love,  we will continue in His love.

Notice–this is about love–not lust as some have ignorantly claimed in order to justify their perversion to keeping God’s Word.

We must make a decision and then stick with it to do as God directs us, not man and to love others as we obey God.

Now, this might seem a little tricky to some, but it isn’t when we know that God’s love for us is unconditional–regardless of our race, nationality, ethnicity or religious beliefs–He loves us all and is waiting for us to love Him as much as He loves us. Loving others unconditionally does not mean we condone wrong doing or blatant sin, but we care enough to keep praying and seeking God for direction. We do not have to agree with others in order to love them and we certainly do not have to live in opposition to God’s Word to prove our love for others.

True love of God–means we stand firm on what’s right and sometimes–we love from afar–maintaining our stance in our determination to live according to God’s Word.

Love can change people, but in order for the change to make an impact–we must clarify our position in living for The Lord–not for political correctness. This does not mean we hate or demonize or rant about others with who whom we disagree–it means we simply give no place for wrong to influence our determination to obey God.

Throughout this day and for the rest of week–let’s practice how we remain in His Will and determine how we’ll maintain our position of faith in Him and our determination to love–no matter what!

God’s Approval or Man’s Approval?

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed, correctly teaching the word of truth. But avoid irreverent, empty speech, for this will produce an even greater measure of godlessness.2 Timothy 2:15,16 HCSB

When we know we are doing all things according to God’s approval, not the approval of man, we can maintain our focus and never waiver in our faith. However, attempting to obtain the approval of men and women is a never-ending endeavor that will never compete with the approval of God.

Needing the approval of people means we are constantly changing–who we are, what we do, and how we do things. And every time we meet someone new that we think we need to impress, the vicious cycle begins again–changing to accommodate people.

In our society, we see the end results of trying to obtain the approval people. We are thrown into courtrooms with lawsuits that are ridiculous–man’s need to force others to accept their changing, fickle feelings about who they are and which bathroom they use.

The enemy’s hold on the minds of people is surreal–and for those who know Christ, we know who’s behind every whim of others trying to be someone else. In the beginning, God! That settles it. God made man biologically fit to be compatible with woman and any time, man has attempted to change God’s purpose for mankind it was because of the enemy’s hatred for everything God created.

And the saddest part is that children are bewitched by the media, movies, television, and music applauding changing genders in midstream, never to know God’s best in their lives. My heart is heavy and saddened every time I see young girls holding onto each other as a couple instead of just friends. I pray that deliverance will soon come, but unfortunately when sin is running rampant within and without the school systems, my prayers may be in vain.

Celebrating sin–no matter who’s involved–opens the door for all types of demonic spirits to take control of feeble, weak minds and convince them of things that are not true. This is what happens when we coin terms like “political correctness” and ignore “Godly righteousness.” This need to obtain the approval of the masses rather than God–leads to destruction rather than victory and no court in the land will be able to stem the flow of God’s wrath.

Since my desire is to please God and gain His approval, I will continue to say what God says and attempt to convince others of His love by loving them unconditionally, but teaching them the Truth of God’s Word. If people choose not to receive truth, then their destruction is on them, but if I or others who know truth, refuse to teach truth, then the destruction of others is laid at our feet.

When we belong to Christ, we have His approval and have nothing to prove to men or women who are mere mortals as we are. God first–and all else will fall into place.

Do You Hear Us, Lord?

How long, LORD, must I call for help, but you do not listen? Or cry out to you, “Violence!” but you do not save? Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrongdoing? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds. Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.” Habakkuk 1:2-4 NIV

This first prayer by the prophet, reminds me of where some of us might feel we are today. For those of us who have been praying, relentlessly, and see nothing on the surface of things changing, we (or at least I do) tend to wonder if God is hearing us.

But then as we look at the rest of this passage and see God’s response, we must also wonder if God is not doing the same thing now, as He allowed then. That is, allowing plans for massive destruction by those who hate all of God’s people because God’s people won’t obey Him. Perhaps, now as it was then–we’ll have to be held captive by truly hateful people in order for God to get our attention!

When destruction comes–we have only ourselves to blame. We deliberately exchanged the lie of the enemy for God’s Truth and made the lie a priority by which men live rather than God’s Truth. As since the lie–streaming from the top (our President)  flows over the people and is choking God’s Truth–cutting off the oxygen supply needed for brain cells to function–we are left with mindless laws that promote and encourage living in opposition to God’s Word. There is no justice with the Supreme Court Justices and all will have to stand before God and give an account of their actions. And since we are a nation that is not concerned with justice for all–we will be subjected to the justice exercised by the ungodly.

Therefore, at every turn, we see Believers belittled and their rights ignored for the satisfaction of the few–ungodly--who hope to pervert the entire nation so they can pacify the lusts of their flesh. When will all the ungodliness cease and people come to their senses before it’s too late? Or is it already too late? With the blustering buffoonery we see campaigning to become president and the hatred and bigotry displayed against entire groups of people, what has this nation caved to doing? Our so-called political correctness has opened the door for disaster and those dastardly demons are laughing their butts off at our expense.

Lord, You have promised that the fervent, never-ending prayers of the righteous accomplish much and we are waiting–to see the fruit of our prayers yield–peace, love, and an end to violence and hatred exhibited by so many. Create in the hearts of all those who oppose You, a desire to please You and a willingness to repent of all things that are not like You. We know You hear and answer prayer and we wait to see the majestic results  so all will know–You and You alone are God!

Things Which Have The Appearance of Wisdom!

Things Which Have The Appearance of Wisdom!

Since you died with Christ to the elemental spiritual forces of this world, why, as though you still belonged to the world, do you submit to its rules: “Do not handle! Do not taste! Do not touch!”? These rules, which have to do with things that are all destined to perish with use, are based on merely human commands and teachings. Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom, with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body, but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence. Colossians 2:20-23 NIV

Just yesterday, a poster was circulated on social media proclaiming that knowledge speaks and wisdom listens and it was getting a lot of attention. Whoever originated the poster missed understanding the bible. “Does not wisdom call out? Does not understanding raise her voice?” (Proverbs 8:1) And there are other passages that extol the virtue of hearing wisdom. The thing is that we are told that “wisdom” is the principle thing to obtain and with wisdom, get knowledge. So, it would appear to me that wisdom speaks and knowledge is obtained by listening.

Perhaps, it is this kind of thinking–turning around the words in scripture that has led to our society being deceived by those things that appear to be acts of wisdom.

I’ll attempt to break it down this way:

Wisdom (based upon God’s intent for mankind) says marriage is between a man and woman in order to perpetuate the continuation of mankind. Man’s knowledge claims that people should be whoever they want to be with regardless of what God says.

Wisdom says when it comes to acts of nature–women should use the bathroom for women and the men use the bathroom for men–exercising common sense which, regrettably is not so common anymore. Man’s knowledge (yielding to the choices of the few) claims, “whatever a person feels they are, that’s the bathroom they should use.” Considering “feelings are fickle” and change frequently, how could anyone think this is anything more than a ploy of the enemy?

Wisdom says we should get knowledge and understanding of the knowledge we obtain. Man’s knowledge (especially those in elected offices) seems to think that education is not important for all and allocate more funding for prisons and wars than education. And then we wonder why other countries outperform our students–hands down–when those countries place education as a priority.

Wisdom says if two people are doing the same job–regardless of gender or race or age–they should receive equal compensation. Man’s knowledge–thinking men need more money than women–has managed to keep women underearning in the same position as men. There is no equality when things are obviously unequal.

Wisdom says parents should discipline (part of the training) a child while they are young so when they are older, they will have learned valuable lessons. Man’s knowledge–utilizing court systems–has proclaimed that spanking a child leads them to being violent and mentally ill. Using small case studies–compared to the number of people who exercise discipline when needed–so-called researchers have convinced a foolish society that children should not be spanked and then we all sit back and wonder–what’s wrong with the kids today.

There are efforts–influenced by the enemy–to change what is right by saying what God has said is wrong, that have an appearance of wisdom, but are not wise at all and in fact–oppose God’s Word. So, here’s the bottom line, when wisdom speaks, we better listen and then use what we hear to make this world a better place.

Praise The Lord and Be Blessed!

“Praise the Lord, all you servants of the Lord who minister by night in the house of the Lord. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord. May the Lord bless you from Zion, He who is the Maker of heaven and earth.” (Psalm 134)

Who are the servants of The Lord?

All those who proclaim to accept the Work on the Cross as a means of reconciliation to God through Jesus Christ are the servants of The Lord–those who are obedient to His Word–proclaiming what He says to all. If then, we are servants of The Lord–giving Him rulership over our lives, why do we find it so difficult to obey–Our Lord–one who governs?

The simple answer is most people don’t understand how Lordship functions as it once did in England and in other nations. It certainly doesn’t have a place in the United States because we won’t allow anyone to be “Lord over our lives” and we certainly won’t allow Holy Spirit to govern us. When a person was “the Lord” over property (a region, however designated by a king), he was the authority in the lives of those who lived on his land. Here, in America, we seem to forget that when we accept The Word on the Cross, and Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we give Him authority over our lives. A relationship with Jesus is a matter of the heart, not the head (or mind) and we allow Him to govern when we accept His Lordship; if we don’t allow Him to be Lord, all we’ve done is to be religious and ritualistic.

I’ll be the first to admit than granting someone else authority over my life is challenging and almost impossible when it comes to mere mortals. Yes, I obey the laws of the land when they don’t conflict with my relationship with God. But I will not obey the laws of the land when they are in opposition to God’s Word. That’s settled in heaven for me. But when we cannot obey God’s Word because we are more concerned about what people think or being politically correct, then we are not servants of The Lord because Jesus is not our Lord and we therefore lie–if we say He is.

When we’re in a worship service–who are we praising–God or man? Do we lift our hands in praise because we really want to honor God or we simply obeying the dictates of others who have tell us what to do?

Even if we’re not willing to admit where we are in our relationship with God–He knows–He knows our heart. And He knows if we only lift our hands because someone else directed us to to do so, our hearts don’t belong to Him.

I can lift my hands wherever I am–and often do so when I think about just how good He is. I don’t need anyone to prompt me to lift my hands or raise my voice in praise of the God who loved me enough, to come down from heaven, hang on a cross and die for me–in spite of me–and still loves me.

O that men and women and children would really understand how wonderful it is to be loved when we are not worthy! O that those who proclaim to love Jesus would be more obedient to His Love! O that all would begin to worship Him in spirit and in truth! What a wonderful, blessed world this would be if all would honor Him as Lord, obey, and love! Give Him praise and be blessed!

Believers’ Instructions for Daily Living (Part 2)

“Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. Therefore do not be partners with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.” (Ephesians 5:6-11 NIV).

What are empty words? I can think of a few–political correctness, alternative lifestyles, inclusiveness, living in the moment, just do it, it’s about me, no pain-no gain, God doesn’t care what we do, and the list could go on and on. The fact of the matter is–God cares very much about what we and what we say.

Jesus said, “let your yea be yea and your nay be nay–for anything more is sin.” In other words, our communication with one another should be concise and specific. We should say what we mean and mean what we say.

How many times have people been hurt when they discover the object of their affection–the one who claimed to love them–doesn’t really love them. In fact, they have demonstrated repeatedly that they don’t love themselves and if people can’t love themselves, they certainly can’t love someone else. But they said, “I love you.” Did they even know what that four letter word means? If they used it to persuade or entice to get someone to do something they normally wouldn’t, they are empty words.

Young girls are enticed into having sex with males (and females) when someone says, “I love you.” The same is true for some males when enticed by other males. ALL SEXUAL ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF GOD-DEFINED MARRIAGE IS SIN! Just wanted to make sure this point is made before I go any further. And for those who want to debate the point, try debating with someone who doesn’t know God. I know Him and I will not debate what He has said since it is so clearly defined and graphically described.

People have been enticed into committing crimes with those words, “I love you.” There are a number of people sitting in jail cells right now because they did something stupid for someone else who led them to believe, they loved them.

People who really love others would not do anything to cause the object of their affection any grief. They certainly wouldn’t want them spending time in prison or in having an incurable sexually-transmitted disease. That’s not love–that’s self-hatred and self-gratification based on fleshly desires.

People who love others wouldn’t encourage anyone to drink and drive or to drive under the influence of any substance. People who love understand consequences–for every action, there is a consequence, whether it is positive or negative. But people who really love others–know this.

Know that the devil loves to use “empty words” to entice and snare those who are unaware of how he works. He has no problem deliberately, miscuing meanings and concepts of words and he’s doing a bang up job deceiving those who believe that same-sex marriage is anything but sin. If in fact, there is any value to the term, there would be no need to define by using the phrase, “same-sex” because God-defined marriage is intended to produce children and in this setting–no children can be produced (they can be adopted–not produced) by the process God intended to use.

Emptiness–having a void that needs to be filled and unfortunately, many people fill the voids in their lives by listening to the enemy who certainly does not love them and is using them for his purposes–to destroy mankind. Don’t be deceived–fill your time with study in The Word and in communication with the Father–who knows best for all of His Children.

(more to come)

Living Wisely!

“Be very careful, then, how you live–not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.” (Ephesians 5:15-17 NIV).

How do we live wisely–understanding what the Lord’s will is?

The first thing we must do is to seek God’s wisdom in all things and we can find His will in His Word–His Word is His Will for us and how we live.

After admonishing the church at Ephesus to live as children of the light–doing all things that can be openly examined and scrutinized without shame or fear, Paul continues with instructions based upon the Word and their circumstances. He reminds them that once upon a time–they walked in darkness–not knowing truth and doing all sorts of things that were too shameful to even discuss. Now, he tells them–find out what pleases The Lord and live accordingly.

Those words–“and find out what pleases The Lord” (Ephesians 5:10) speak volumes to us today. If we’re going to live wisely, doing what pleases The Lord, we must know what it is that pleases Him. The only way we can discover that is to read His Word and get understanding.

Notice what Paul doesn’t say–live to please self or others. There’s a reason he doesn’t say that. If we learn to live to please God, in all things–He will give us favor with others and therefore–they will be pleased. However, we cannot attempt to please man (our fleshly desires) and think that God will be pleased with us–especially if what we do is in opposition to His Word.

The Word never tells us to be politically correct in order not to offend others with truth. The Word tells us to be bold and very courageous in promoting the Gospel. If people are offended by Truth, it is because Truth exposes their lifestyle that opposes God. In other words–Truth pulls the cover off those things that people think they do in secret or in dark places where they cannot be seen.

Being politically correct–sugar-coating truth or exchanging truth for a lie–has become the blueprint the enemy uses to cause many to fall away from living according to The Word. This is foolishness, not wisdom. And because of the foolishness, we see changes in just about everything, made to accommodate the ungodly. Changes in school curriculum that expose young children to lifestyles that are in opposition to God. Changes in how those in authority seek to please people in ungodliness more than they do about upholding righteousness. Changes in how churches abdicate their responsibilities and duties to God in order to win favor with the masses who are on a path going directly to hell. All these changes–allowing evil to reign–unchecked–is the reason we see so much violence and killing. The prince of the air–is amassing an army that is willing to defy God no matter what the consequences are and foolish people are being led by the nose–into the lake of fire.

That is not living wisely. If what we do in private cannot stand the test of microscopic examination, we shouldn’t do it for surely, we will be exposed by the light of Truth and all things done is darkness, will eventually be exposed by the light.

Now is not the time to back away from God’s Will; now is the time to endeavor to seek His Will on a daily basis and live as wise people, not foolish ones.

Why Jesus Said, “The Spirit of Truth Will Remind You!”

“But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.” (John 16:13-15 NIV)

The promise of Holy Spirit, our Advocate, Comforter, and Counselor–to those who follow Christ was not just for the disciples of that day, but for all who believe Him because of them. At the time Jesus was telling them about the role of Holy Spirit, He did so because He knew His time here on earth was just about up, but He didn’t want His disciples to be discouraged in His physical absence. A number of things led up to this conversation, but what makes it worthwhile is knowing, we also have access to all Jesus promised through Holy Spirit. But this is why He said it.

John 16:7-12

v. 7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you.

v.8 When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment:

v.9 about sin, because people do not believe in me;

v.10 about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer;

v.11 and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.

v.12 I have much more to say to you, more than you can bear.”

The time was now at hand which the prophets predicted. Jesus was about to submit Himself for the ultimate sacrifice for sin and it was time for Him to return to heaven. But He wanted His disciples to know, they would not be left without benefit of His continued guidance in all things.

Everything He had told them about sin–Holy Spirit would bring back to their remembrance and they would see the results of sin because people did not believe Him. What most people do not understand about what Jesus said about sin was He included all sin, not the variations of sin. When the religious leaders brought the woman who was supposedly caught in the act of adultery, He told her to go and SIN no more. He did not make a distinction between fornication, or other sexual immorality or anything else. He did not say, don’t commit any more SINS, He said SIN no more. Don’t do anything that is a sin according to God’s Word! For those who know His purpose in being here, we know that’s what He meant. And that is why He said, there would be this continuous debate about sin, because people don’t believe Him. If we love Him, we’ll obey Him.

He said Holy Spirit would guide all who believe Him in righteousness–not self-righteousness-but leading all to be in right-standing with God. In order to be in right standing with God, one must know what God has said and be willing to stand on His Word for all times–no matter what current trends may abound. In fact, Paul tells us we are not to conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds in Christ Jesus. Paul understood that the enemy first attacks and influences the minds of people and then behavior follows the thoughts of their minds. If we have the mind of Christ–through relationship with Him, then we stand on God’s Word and will not fall prey to the enemy’s deceptions.

Then, as for judgment–judgment has already made against the prince of this world–the god of this world, Satan, the prince of darkness (always influencing people to try to hide their wrong-doing), the devil–by whatever name he is known, the lake of fire has already been prepared for him and now he seeks to influence others so he won’t burn alone.

Because He understood that He had given His disciples much to think about and He knew they did not fully understand, He decided not to overwhelm them with more teachings, but assured them that Holy Spirit would continue to teach them and remind them of all they had been taught and show them things to come.

I can imagine that every person who has ever read the Bible in its entirety, more than once–has been overwhelmed by the abundance of information. And most people have their own method of reading and reading in order to get the most out of it the content and understanding the intent. All of the sins–as God gave them–are enumerated in Deuteronomy 28–which I refer to as the book of blessings and curses. Of course they are explained in detailed throughout Exodus, Leviticus, and Numbers, as well as the rest of Deuteronomy. But as I said, there is much than can overwhelm and simplicity usually leaves its mark.

The bottom line is this–God has a blueprint for our living–designed to put us in a position to prosper, not harm us so we would have a future and our children’s children would have a great future as well. We were meant to have generational blessings, but for those who won’t obey, they have been destined for generational curses. It’s time to break the curses, but it can only be done out of obedience to God’s Word, not political correctness, or succumbing to Satan’s agenda.

Holy Spirit is here–to remind us, to guide us, to comfort us and to be our Advocate when we need Him.

More about what Jesus said and why, next time.

Who’s Causing Divisions?

“I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people.” (Romans 16:17,18 NIV)

Any time someone attempts to dissuade a person–about anything God has said–that person should run, not walk in the opposite direction, steering clear of them until they can demonstrate the love of God.

No one who has ever had a right relationship with God can ever truthfully deny anything God has said or His intention for mankind. When we find these people to now want to “reinvent” what God has said, it’s time to move on and leave them to the destruction they are bound to incur.

When people attempt to refute or renegotiate God’s Word to suit their current desires, they care creating divisions in the body of Believers who know what God has said and means. However, since there are some who are easily influenced and too weak to stand on the Truth, they go along to get along with others. Here’s the problem for going along to get along; especially when it pertains to God’s Word–none of us will be asked to stand together with all those we got along with when we stand before God. We will stand before Him–alone–on our own–and nothing anyone else says or does will matter.

Whoever coined the term, “political correctness” and “progressive politics” created the gap that now separates those who truly love God and those who are only giving lip service to God. Political correctness can never take the place of Godly righteousness–no matter who says it or how often they say it–God gets the final say. Progressive politics is nothing more than the enemy’s plan to turn people away from God and once they have turned from God, Satan will play havoc with their lives and all those around them.

Once we play games to win the approval of people, we have lost the favor of God. When we have favor with God, He gives us favor with people. America is in the shape it’s in because of those people–whoever they are and however they do it–who cause division in the plan that God has already established.

God’s plan for mankind is that all are treated like they all belong to the human race–not a particular group of people. God’s plan for mankind in order to perpetuate the continuity of human beings is for man and woman to marry and have children. God’s plan for mankind is that every child would be raised in homes with a mother and father–whose guidelines are specifically listed in His Word. God’s plan for mankind was for us to love one another and love Him. When we love, we don’t kill, steal or destroy, lie, manipulate, deceive, or hate–these are the character traits employed by those influenced by Satan. God’s plan for mankind is for us to live in harmony, peace and unity–which is the opposite of Satan’s plan which always creates confusion and chaos.

Now, I ask you to think–and to be honest with self–whose plan are you adhering to–God’s or Satan’s? And let’s be real, anytime a person promotes hatred by spreading vicious gossip and rumor’s–igniting division–they are not part of God’s plan, but Satan’s.
