“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13 NIV)
The God of hope–not defeated, but victorious in all things, and gives to us the power through Holy Spirit to always have hope for the best in all situations.
The God of hope–fills us with joy and peace, not fear and doubt, but allows His joy–which is our strength–to overflow in troubling times so we are not discouraged, and can encourage others to trust in Him.
The God of hope–once expected to deliver The Children of Israel–their soon-coming Messiah–who chose to save and deliver the rest of us who choose to believe that He is and will be, all we will ever need to succeed in His plans while here on earth, and enjoy living with Him for all eternity.
The God of hope–who loved us enough to leave His heavenly throne to appear in the flesh and live among us, just as He promised, dying for us, yet rising from the dead, with victory over the evil one so we might have life and that more abundantly.
This what the God of hope does for those He loves and never leaves us alone!
Look forward not backwards and never allow the enemy to trick you into regretting a past that brought you to the throne of grace–loved, delivered, saved, and free to love in return.
